By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence.


Customer Service: We are a 100% EU Based business. We're also very accessible and approachable, and we'd love to answer any of your questions or hear your comments.

Discrete Shipping: The vast majority of our orders are shipped next day, and all are registered and trackable. Our shipping is also totally discreet and we will never put our name on the outside of your parcel.

By placing an order at AfterDusk, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.


All orders made by you through the AfterDusk.ie website are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. If any pricing errors occur on the website AfterDusk reserve the write to correct these errors before a customers order is completed.
For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and AfterDusk for the sale by AfterDusk to you of any product unless and until AfterDusk sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.


At AfterDusk we want you to be delighted with every order. For any queries regarding warranty or returns please contact sales@afterdusk.ie -  we can guide you through this process and make it as easy as possible.


Occasionally you may want to return items. If you are a UK or EU customer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of one or more items in your order within 7 working days, beginning with the day after you receive the item. Unfortunately, there are certain items that we cannot accept cancellations for, and once any items are opened they cannot be returned due to the nature of the products themselves. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All our products are covered by a minimum 1 year manufacturers warranty, and some may have additional coverage – details are available on individual product pages.


Due to the contamination risk from used products, we do not offer a take back option for used electronic goods under the WEEE scheme. Your used WEEE products should be disposed of in line with WEEE Ireland guidance for disposal of electronic products where possible contamination presents a health and safety risk.  For further information, see http://www.weeeireland.ie/consumers.htm

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging an unopened.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Due to the intimate nature of most of the products we sell, we cannot refund any items or accept returns or exchanges after they are opened.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A copy of your order confirmation email should be enclosed with your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
We aim to have all refunds processed within 3 days of receiving your return. If you are in any way worried about a return or refund, please email sales@afterdusk.ie.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@afterdusk.ie

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should first mail sales@afterdusk.ie .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Privacy Policy





When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.


How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
